The guide includes site sheets about each lot.
About the development
Vista Field is a mixed-use urban district. The initial shovel-ready lots for private-sector commercial and residential development are now ready for sale. Additional land will become available throughout the various phases of development.
Port of Kennewick will act as the master developer, selling land to builders and realtors for residential, commercial and retail development and using those proceeds to help fund future infrastructure in phases.
The current phase at Vista Field encompasses nearly 20 acres in the center of the site and has four building types: Residential, Live Work, Mixed Use and Main Street. These building types are defined in the Development Proposals Guidelines – Collaborative Design Process document below and on the real estate listings.
